Clubroom News - September

Hello Everyone,

     Thank you for making August truly AWESOME!  We are thankful for your continued support!  A SPECIAL Thank You goes out to Mike & Deanne (owners of the Coffee Zone), Marco (manager of Whataburger on Trenton), Larry Junge, Wanda Ballew, Jean Prewitt and Jay & Hazel Richard for their generous donations!  We couldn't have done this without our five star Chefs, Mitch & Dea Cowgill.  Huge round of Applause to all the volunteers!

    We are looking forward to a "Super September" with Sunday afternoon dances from 3 - 7 pm and those delicious 1/2 pound Burgers from 2 - 6 pm!  Check your calendar for Band listings.  We also have a "Screwdriver" drink special on Sundays from Noon - 3 pm.

    While we're excited about our activities for a "Super September" we don't want you to forget about our ongoing activities!!

SUNDAY –Shuffleboard Tournament at 2:00 pm (sign up starts at 1:30 pm).  Screwdriver drink special for only $2.50.

MONDAY –$2.50 well drinks from 5 - 7 pm.

TUESDAY –$5 Pitchers of Beer 5-7 pm.

WEDNESDAY –BUCK & a HALF NIGHT $1.50 can and bottle beer from 5 - 7 pm.American Legion Auxiliary will be serving Chalupas and Tacos from 5:30 - 7:00 pm and Jack Kay will entertain us from 5 - 9 pm!Who could ask for a better way to spend your Wednesday evening!

THURSDAY –Regular size Draft Beer for $1.50 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

FRIDAY –Bucket of Beer for only $10.00.  A different Delicious Dinner offered each week for only $6.00 - Live music and Dancing from 7 - 11 pm.

SATURDAY –come join us for $2.50 Bloody Mary's from 11 - 2 pm.

    We have a lot of the 2009 Department of Texas Convention T-Shirts for sale for only $5.  These are "seconds" and may have minor flaws in the printing so they will be sold "as is" with no refunds or exchanges.  Sizes available are Medium, Large, Extra Large and 2X Large.  Available at the Bar.

    I'm looking forward to seeing everyone out and about Post 37.  Stop by and say "Hello".
